THIRD ANNUAL QUESO CHAOS  EVENT POSTONED! DATE: TBD

Team Rules: 

Overview-

Your team will be responsible for preparing your grilled cheese sandwiches. Electricity will be limited - do not count on having it available. You will need to provide small samples in 2 oz. cups for the guests (expect 30 - 40 samples) as well as four larger samples in 4 oz. cups for the judges. You are responsible for bringing all the food needed to prepare your entry. The cups will be provided.

We recommend that you bring a pop up tent if possible, to set up for the event.

Entries will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. Smell/ aroma

2. Presentation

3. Flavor

4. Texture

5. Overall impressions

Timeline:

11:30 am.  Farm gate opens for set-up.

3:00 pm.    Samples for general public.

4:00 pm.    Samples for judges due.

5:00 pm.    Winners announced!

Guidelines:

Food prepared must involve cheese & must be able to be hand-held - thus a sandwich. Other than that, the sky's the limit!
